Self-initiated, in daily use by non-technical warehouse staff.
Launched and scaled the Faire wholesale channel from zero to 33 retail accounts across 11+ states in 9 months, 4×-ing monthly run rate in the second half; earned and held Top Shop status every month since launch (9 of 9), with zero late shipments.
Built the supporting analytics in Python — basket/co-occurrence analysis, RFM segmentation, and cohort retention — and acted on the insights (a product trio in 43% of orders became a bundle strategy).
