Aryan Bhardwaj
Operator who builds. I work across operations, data, and strategy — running a manufacturer’s revenue channels, shipping the software that automates its warehouse, and working the founder’s special projects. MBA + MS Data Science.
Selected Work
The Tao of Tea Operations Suite
Automating a warehouse, end to end. I joined a specialty tea manufacturer and found an order-to-ship workflow running on manual effort — POs retyped by hand, cartons packed by guesswork, labels written one at a time. Nobody asked me to fix it. I built the production systems that now run it daily: PO parsing, demand planning, carton optimization, case labeling, packing slips. Used every day by non-technical warehouse staff. Built with Rust, TypeScript, React, Tauri, and Python.

Faire Wholesale Channel Analytics
End-to-end analysis of a wholesale channel — basket/co-occurrence analysis, RFM retailer segmentation, cohort retention, and Pareto concentration. Surfaced a product trio appearing in 43% of orders that became a bundle strategy. Python, Pandas, Plotly, Seaborn.

Deepfake Detection via Image Analysis
CNN-based detection of visual artifacts in video frames — 82% accuracy across 6,000+ preprocessed frames. TensorFlow, OpenCV.
Stock Prediction via Social Sentiment
Forecasting price movements from social media sentiment — ML + NLP over market and social data. Python, R, Postgres.
About Aryan
I’m an operator who sees businesses as systems. At The Tao of Tea that means working every layer at once: running revenue channels (Faire from zero to Top Shop status, eight consecutive months, zero late shipments; price increases secured on Amazon and iHerb), building the data and software layer (forecasting, demand planning, and the production systems that automate our warehouse), and partnering with the founder on strategy — expansion, liquidation, compliance, whatever the quarter demands. When a QuickBooks migration had been stuck for eleven years, I did it in a week without disrupting operations.
My approach: see the whole system, find the broken loop, build the fix, get it adopted. MBA for the business judgment, MS in Data Science for the analytical depth, AI-assisted development for the build speed — and a system dynamics habit of looking for feedback loops everywhere. Before this: Chief of Staff at an early-stage startup, and five years evaluating search quality for ML systems.
I’m fascinated by history, civilizations, and how decisions shape events. Outside work: reading, chess, and rich storytelling — shout out to Red Dead Redemption 2 and Halo. One day, I hope to build something of my own.
